- T.C. should uploaded in the previous schools website, if school is CBSE affiliated.
- Photographs - passport size (Student, Mother, Father and Guardian)
- Ration card
- Xerox of Samagra ID (Family ID)
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Caste Certificate (On the basis of Minority)
- Income Certificate
- Bank Account Number (Certified by Manager)
- Blood Group
- Eye Check up
- Fitness Certificate
